A Affordable Housing Report was presented by a intern and the Housing Director will respond in 2 weeks to that report.
A bond for $3.2 Million was voted on for combined water and sewer debt.
A bond for $3.0 was voted in for the Senior/Recreation Center. This was sold to the public as being paid for by Parklands Trust Fund. That money has dried up and will be borne by the taxpayer.
The following laws may be repealed, replaced or modified:
Downstream Drainage Fees
Financial Disclosure
Well Testing
Also the board discussed the Dutchess Park Lake. They mentioned that the solution may to be create a Storm Water District in Dutchess Park.
